Breath and Visualization Teachings

Drawing from years of practice of Yoga , in all its myriad forms, most specifically Raja, and Hatha and Bhakti , Ms. Komo teaches ways of accessing, clearing and enlivening the chakras through colour, sound, movement and meditation.

There are also many mantra and mandala practices from both Yoga and Buddhist teachings that can help to access more open and clear states of consciousness, Along with basic sitting meditation practices, Ms Komo has developed movement meditation and sound practices that open the channels of energy for deeper , more transformational healing .As a dancer, she encourages people to be embodied and co-ordinated in their access to spiritual practices so there can be a fully integrated and grounded connection to various states of awareness.
